To create an atmosphere where all men can be saved, nurtured, Developed, educated, and empowered through Jesus Christ, Economically, mentally, spiritually, physically, and socially. By doing This the children will be reclaimed, the sinners will be redeemed, and The broken-hearted will be restored to complete wholeness through The receiving of Jesus Christ as lord and savior. By accomplishing this, We will meet the needs of the total man.
